Hello everyone! Today in class: 6-1, 6-2: We discussed idioms and did a short quiz to help you understand what they are. Then we completed page 20 and 21 together, and checked it as a class. Last, you used your Whalebooks to complete page 22 by matching idioms to their meanings. 6-4: We reviewed the genre of the chapter, Historical Fiction. Then we read a short text on page 16 and answered questions about it. Afterwards, we read a longer historical fiction text on page 17 and 18. We finished class by completing the comprehension questions on page 19. Homework: 6-2: Please complete the "Adjectives and Articles" quiz on Google Classroom by next week Monday (April 29).
