Hello, 6th Grade!
Here's what we did in class today: ☆AGENDA☆ 6-2: 1. We started class by going over the homework: WB pp.43-45. 2. Then, we continued to work on some more grammar pages, reviewing the simple and continuous tenses: WB pp.46-47. 3. Lastly, you worked on your brainstorming worksheet for WA#3. 6-3: 1. You worked on writing your story (WA#3). 6-4: 1. We started class by going over the homework: WB pp.44-46. 2. Then, we completed one more grammar page: WB p.47. 3. Lastly, you worked on your brainstorming worksheet for WA#3. ★HOMEWORK★ 6-2 & 6-3: Monday, April 24th, 2023 @ 8:00 AM 1. Complete your brainstorming worksheet for WA #3.1. Make sure to complete the brainstorming worksheet FIRST, and then start writing your story. You should be using your brainstorming worksheet as you write your story to make sure that you are adding in all the details you need to cover. Also, I will be asking you to hand in your brainstorming worksheets on Monday, so don't forget to bring them to class next Monday! **Attached is a copy of the worksheet if you need it: Gr6_WA3_Vocab Story_Brainstorming Map_Ms_Bak.pdf 2. Complete WA #3.1. Topic: Use ALL 8 vocabulary words and finish the story that has been started for you. This writing assignment should be done online. The Google Doc is available in Google Classroom. Make sure to submit your work on time. 3. Study for chapter test, (*Due: 4/28) **Attached are the study guide, stories, list of irregular verbs, and the ppt I used to review the verb tenses. 6-4: Friday, April 25th, 2023 1. Complete and submit your brainstorming worksheet for WA #3.1. What to Do: Make sure to complete the brainstorming worksheet FIRST, and then start writing your story. You should be using your brainstorming worksheet as you write your story to make sure that you are adding in all the details you need to cover. How to Submit: Either take a picture of your completed worksheet and upload in in Google Classroom, OR complete the brainstorming worksheet on the Google Slide I have provided in Google Classroom. **Attached is a copy of the worksheet if you need it: Gr6_WA3_Vocab Story_Brainstorming Map_Ms_Bak.pdf. The online Google Slide is available in Google Classroom. 2. Complete WA #3.1. Topic: Use ALL 8 vocabulary words and finish the story that has been started for you.
