Today we practiced reading and identifying words with short vowel a in them. We found words in a text and read words on the screen. We tried to decide whether the word was a real English word or a nonsense word. Homework If you can, try the worksheet inside the yellow homework folder. On one side, you can find and color the words and pictures. On the other side, you can try to write sentences using some of the words. Try to write two sentences if you can! Please bring the yellow homework folder back to class on Tuesday. The folder and the worksheet look like this: Have a great weekend!
